On the palate it has super sweet smoky flavours at first followed by the taste of hickory. Sweeter than you might expect but still a classic Islay. 	Springbank - Single Malt Scotch Whisky Springbank 10 year old is extremely aromatic with hints of sweet fruit honey and a whiff of peat. On the palate the whisky is round with good depth and is both malty and sweet with a long elegant finish. Good evidence of the legendary Campbeltown salt for the connoisseur. 	Springbank - Campbeltown Loch Blended Scotch Whisky This whisky's name commemorates the days when Campbeltown loch bustled with cargo steamers taking Campbeltowns whisky the world over. This excellent whisky was blended at the springbank distillery which was established in the town in 1828.
