These are our highly popular range of 200g truckles of prime mature Scottish cheddar, carefully blended with quality ingredients, and guaranteed to deliver a taste sensation. Eaten on their own with crackers or oatmeal biscuits, or cooked as an ingredient of a delicious meal. Try chicken breasts stuffed with Lairds Mustard or Old Smokey in a cheese sauce over a fine highland beefsteak.

Gigha Fruit
These are probably the most attractive and inventive presentation of cheese for many a year. Each variant is shaped as either an apple, a pear ,or an orange, and wax coated in an appropriate colour.

The careful blend of prime quality mature Scottish Cheddar with cream cheese and various flavourings delivers an incomparable taste sensation.

	Drumloch Drumloch is a full fat hard pressed cheese of the cheddar type made using the milk of our own herd of Guernsey cows. Our cows graze the shores of West Loch Tarbert where the pasture imparts its unique gift and helps make this truly one of the finest cheeses in the country. It has a beautiful creamy texture, a wonderful clean odour, a delightful, and wholly natural, light golden colour and simply the best flavour. It meets the favour of all cheese lovers and holds a Gold medal awarded at the British cheese awards as well as being declared the best Scottish farmhouse cheese in taste trials conducted by the Scottish Agricultural College. 	Applesmoke This is a chunky 250g truckle of mature Scottish cheddar with the distinct mellow taste of applesmoke. Very attractively packaged in red wax with a glossy finish and gold label it looks as great as it tastes and makes a tremendous gift. Price: £4.10


	Goats Cheese Inverloch is the original product of the company first made for domestic consumption in 1985 and solicited soon after by local hotels and quality food retailers. The cheese is unchanged and so too is the demand with never a year passing without it selling out for months as our goats run dry. Nonetheless our loyal customers await its return. It is hard pressed and whilst full of flavour it is one of the least "Goaty" being typically three months old at despatch. It has won many awards over the years at all the main prestigious shows and is exported to Europe and the Americas.Highly recommended!
